AROMATIC 04 consists of Javanol, pure and singular.
This Javanol is manufactured by Givaudan. It is the latest generation of sandalwood molecule with unprecedented power and substantivity. It has a rich, natural, creamy sandalwood note like beta santanol combined with some rosy nuances.
Javanol has a marked intermittence. To the wearer, it seems to vanish and then re-appear. This is due to the way it bonds with receptors in the olfactory system, only slowly releasing to make way for a fresh charge of the molecule on the receptors.
NOTES
AROMATIC 04 is the mOst minimal fragrance. It contains no odorants except the aroma-molecule, Javanol.

This is a straight-up dupe for Molecule 04 & it behaves the same way on my skin. I guess that is the Javanol component? The scent plays hide and seek with my nose. Sometimes I cannot smell it at all – not even a whiff (just like with Molecule 04). Sometimes it smells faint to my nose while others say they can smell it on me really well. Sometimes, this smells good (to my nose) and sometimes, it changes from soft and powdery to a bit more masculine. What’s really weird is that my friend said they could smell it on me the next day! And this is after I had showered. This scent plays tricks on the nose. It is just like the Molecule 04 but that one does hit my nose more often than this one does.
